The Marathon City Council has reinstated the Home Buyer Assistance Program created by Ordinance 2010-01 to assist local families in the purchase of a home, provide down payment funds, along with homebuyer education and support.

This weekend is off to a fantastic start in the beautiful Florida Keys as the Atlantic Red Snapper season has officially begun. July 11th & 12th, today and tomorrow, is finally time you can catch and keep your desired Red Snappers! Keepers must be 16 inches minimum and limit two per angler.
One of our favorite local charter captains is off to a great start this season. Captain Michael with All Keys Charters and his angler with their first Red Snapper catch earlier today!

We are almost two months into the New Year and the Real Estate market trends are vastly different when looking at statistics between 2025 and 2026. The two imperative statistics showing the market differences of the beggining of the year from 2025 and 2026 are the absorption rate and days on the market.
