Rental Units: All rental units are individually owned and furnished by the owners. All units provide linens and bath towels. The kitchens have everything you should need for cooking (pots, dishes, coffee makers, etc.). Dish soap, cleaning products, trash bags and paper products are not provided for kitchens or baths.

The Marathon City Council has reinstated the Home Buyer Assistance Program created by Ordinance 2010-01 to assist local families in the purchase of a home, provide down payment funds, along with homebuyer education and support.

We are almost two months into the New Year and the Real Estate market trends are vastly different when looking at statistics between 2025 and 2026. The two imperative statistics showing the market differences of the beggining of the year from 2025 and 2026 are the absorption rate and days on the market.
