As the first half of 2025 comes to a close, the real estate market in the Florida Keys is shifting across the board. Throughout the keys, listing prices have decreased, some significantly more than others. Farmers Markets Are Back

The wait is over and our favorite Farmers Markets are both set to open their stands again within the week! The Key Colony Beach farmers market will open next Tuesday, November 11th from 9am-2pm. The other farmers market that is a local favorite is the San Pablo farmers market which will open one week from today on November 14th from 1pm-5pm. Make sure to stop by for the best local goods, food, and more!
