The 2025 market for the middle keys has steadily remained the same throughout the year. We're seeing a saturated market with listings remaining unsold for longer periods of time. This is the same situation for both single family homes and condominium listings.
So - if you're in the market, what are you looking for?
Single family homes are a higher maintenance all hands on deck owner situation. However - the opportunity for privacy and more space is in your hand of cards.
Condominiums have assessments annually/quarterly that take care of a good chunk of home ownership responsibilities. Such as exterior maintenance & landscaping, pest control, water utilities plus or minus a few things depending on the complex. On the flip side, rules and regulations are in place and may affect your quality of life depending on your desired level of freedom.
