    Unit #112, building #3 at Casa Clara Condo. 2 bedrooms and 2 remodeled baths. This unit has a one month minimum to rent. Both bedrooms have queen beds and a TV. There is a large heated pool, white sandy beach, two tennis courts, and a fishing pier available for you to enjoy during your stay.

  • Unit 14A – 620 11th Street

    Other half of unit 14. Great for family and/or friends vacationing together. Swing in the hammock or take a ride on the two bikes at your disposal. There is a total of 37 feet of seawall dockage to tie your boat up to. Offered for your use during your stay is electric (shore power also), water, lights and a fish table out by the seawall. The rate per week is $1350 for 4 people. The maximum occupancy is 6 at an additional charge.

  • Unit 24A – 240 9th Street

    This unit has two interior levels. The master bedroom is on the top level and offers a king size bed. The en suite has a large walk in shower, a jetted tub, and double sinks. The main level has the living room, kitchen, dining room, and two other bedrooms and baths. There is a total of 37 feet of dockage at the wooden dock which offers electric, water, lights and a fish cleaning table for your use. WiFi is provided. The weekly rate is $1,800.00.

  • Unit 24B – 250 9th Street

    This property is the other half of unit 24A. Tastefully decorated and upgraded with granite counter tops in the kitchen and all 3 baths. Each bedroom has a TV as well as the living room. WIFI is provided. There is a total of 37 feet of dockage at the wooden dock that offers water, electric, lights, and a fish cleaning table. The garage is not available for use. This property rents for $1800.00 per week.

  • Unit 30A – 181 9th Street

    This house is a ground level two story half-duplex. The master bedroom is located on the second story and offers a king size bed as well as a 32″ flat screen TV.  Each of the guest bedrooms have TV’s . There is a 42″ flat screen TV in the living room. Keep your boat out the back door at the wooden dock that offers a total of 37 feet of dockage, water, and a fish cleaning table. This property rents for $1500 per week for 6 people. It has a maximum occupancy of 8 people for an additional fee.
