Had a great time! Accommodations were great and the renovations looked great! Master bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Thanks for everything!

We stayed at the Bungalow in July of 2018. This was our fifth trip to the Keys and second time staying in Key Colony. By the third day at the Bungalow we decided to re-book for 2019. We are a family of four - our kids are 11 & 12 and LOVED their room! The place is so neat and clean. The decor is absolutely amazing! The best part about our stay was dealing with Keys Properties, which is located right in the community which makes it very easy to deal with any issues, which we had none! I can not say enough about the pleasant and very helpful staff! We absolutely can not wait to head back down in 2019! The 22 hour drive is worth it from PA!

While our stay in this bungalow was wonderful, we were slightly disappointed with the information provided by management. This includes, but is not limited to: the pool was closed, trash and recycle days not listed, and we were handed a brochure map of the keys when asked if there was any more information we could have regarding our rental and the area (ie trash removal, local restaurants, things to do, etc). We booked through vrbo and have always been extremely pleased with our stays and information regarding each stay in various locations ranging from Hawaii to an old plantation home in Louisiana, and were honestly underwhelmed with the overall care provided by the management of this unit. This is unfortunate because the owners of this unit clearly invested a lot financially and sentimentally.

We were very concerned to see that the Marshall party was not happy with the service they received from our management office. We did call the Cabana Club and double check that the pool was open all of their normal hours during the week that the Marshall's stayed and they reported that the pool was open. We have a blue binder in all of our properties with all our rules, the City's rules, garbage days and all the local things to do. We have a wall of brochures in the office with boat rentals, dive shops local restaurants and more. We called and spoke to Ashley Marshall because we were concerned with her not being happy. She felt we should have made the information more available so there was no need to search for it. We hope she will try us again.

Enjoyed everything this cozy bungalow had to offer! The decor was fresh and modern, which makes the vacation so much more enjoyable. The washer and dryer were a huge plus, when your staying on the water and have wet towels & swimsuits everyday to wash. The only thing my husband and I have negative to say about this unit was the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom, it was too small and a older unit to properly cool that room. There was a large floor fan in the closet that we had to use every night with also using ceiling fan, it was still very warm especially with goose down comforters on the beds. The other air units in spare bedroom and family room were great and cooled off nicely. The dock space was ideal and perfect! Thank you!

The A/C unit has been replaced. The property was remodeled in September of 2017.

We absolutely love this property. This was our second time staying here. The first time was in 2015 and at this house is where we found out we were going to have a baby. We returned this year with our beautiful baby daughter so we have made amazing memories here. The house is fantastic. We will definitely be returning!!

The No Bananas Cabana was perfect! I would absolutely recommend checking our Inch Beach. It's perfect for swimming and relaxing away from the crowds. The location of the cabana put us close to everything we wanted to do. The amenities in the home were more that we expected. The beds are very comfortable and the house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

I really enjoyed staying here. it felt like home. there was plenty of utensils for cooking. Neighbors on both sides were permanent residence so that was nice. The Keys are great and this area would be a great place for the winter, all winter!
