    Great residence. Enjoyed the porch area. Could not get speakers on porch to work? But had our own blue tooth speaker, so no worries. Bedding and furnishings were nice. Pool man could have done a better job. thank you

    We stayed in the unit the last week in Jan. 2018. This is the most well equipped home we have rented in quit awhile. The beds are the best along with all the amenities. To have you own private pool and screen porch was great. The owner clearly takes a lot of pride in his home. This is a special rental.

    The property was exactly what we needed. After a recent Hurrican (Irma) many of the keys were in disarray and Marathon was no exception. But this house was perfectly appointed to the fun design touches, washer/dryer, beach accessories (if you needed), the screen porch was where we ate dinner almost every night. Now we are going out to eat folks but the kitchen was so well equipped and a grill outside we each took a turn preparing dinners. Publix is a short hop away and had everything we needed. The canal life was serene and calming as boats would drift by among a backyard with a little backyard (uncommon in the area and nice) with small palm trees and a clean walk to the canal. There awaiting poles and tackle so you could drop a line anytime or make the walk or drive to local tackle/bait shop. It weas a memorable vacation for many reasons but this house elevated our experience so well prepared and equipped, great location, and bathrooms+ bedrooms. We rarely turned on a TV as the canal and heated pool kept us outside almost all of the time. A simple check-in and exit with no pressure made this the perfect trip - thank you!!!
