As always KCB is fantastic. The house was very nice, clean and recently updated the dock and fillet table can use a little TLC. See you next year!

The house was lovely, not what we originally rented, but due to circumstances beyond your control, we were offered this one as a substitute. Only problem with the house was a leak under the kitchen sink that no one, home owner, maids or prior renters had reported. Once we called it to the agent's attention a plumber came to fix in and the repairs were made in a few hours. The railing leading up to the house were very wobbly and we let the agent now of that upon our departure. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make memorable vacation on KCB.

Overall it was an awesome stay! Not that we were surprised because we stay at Key Colony somewhat annually. This particular property was excellent though. It did seem a little bigger in the pictures then it actually was. Still had adequate room and everyone had a bed to sleep on. The convenience of the downstairs garage really add serious value for us. It was nice having a place to put our gear after we were done rinsing it but still leaving it secure. Docking was adequate and all neighboring renters were very nice. It was a little annoying that the only entrance to the condo itself was upstairs. But with being able to leave the heavy diving and fishing gear downstairs, it wasn't bad. Overall an excellent stay!
