The comfortable living room has a 32″ flat screen TV. There is a queen bed in the master, and two doubles in the guest room. This unit is also equipped with a washer/dryer, bait freezer, and wireless internet. The dock is 37′ long and has a fish station as well as water to clean your catch! The golf course, tennis, playground, and Sunset Park are only 2 blocks from the house. This rental prices at $1,300.00 per week. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath half-duplex accommodates 4 people max.
Key Colony Beach is located in the Heart of the Florida Keys at mile marker 53.5 on US Highway 1 which is known locally as the Overseas Highway. Driving south from Miami on US 1, the Keys begin about mile marker 106 in Key Largo and extend to mile marker 0 in Key West. The city, called the “Gem of the Florida Keys,” on an island just south of the Overseas Highway connected via a causeway with a very small bridge.
Most residences are on canals with quick access to the Gulf or Atlantic Ocean or have ocean views which make the city ideal for fishing and boating activities. In addition to the residences, there are many businesses in the city, including restaurants, a charter fishing fleet, marina, boat rentals, clothing store, gift shop, dive and tackle shop, liquor store, gas station, convenience store, and a 9-hole par-3 golf course.

The house was cute and fit us perfect but it needs to be updated cosmetically. There is paint peeling on the exterior and some on the interior. The door from the garage to the house was difficult to shut at times, the A/C in the master bedroom didn't really work it was always hot in there even at night and the main unit in the living room didn't work properly during the hottest part of the day. The lounge chairs outside were broken and unsafe to set in, the screen on the patio was ripped in multiple places. The garage door had to be open manually and there were no pizza pans or decent sharp knives.
All of the maintenance items have been scheduled for repairs or replacements. The garage door opener is on order and the garage will be painted when there is a break in the rental weeks. The a/c issue in the bedroom was reported by the current guest and freon was added. It is also scheduled to be replaced. We will check on the kitchen items and purchase items that are needed. We value guests' input on our properties and we hope you had a fun vacation!

I came back for my 3 rd. consecutive year in July 2019 to Dolphin fish. The House had been renovated since Hurricane Irma roared through in 2018 with 160 mph winds!! The house had flood damage due to high tides & this necessitated the repairs and interior upgrades. The residence still met all my needs in KCB!!

We had an excellent time on vacation this year. This property was perfect for what we needed it for. I will say that the air conditioning needs to be updated because it was hot in the master bedroom 24/7!! Also, master bed was very uncomfortable. But very cute duplex and again, perfect for us.

Great little house. Comfortable with split bedrooms for extra privacy. Nice screen porch and the garage has an extra fridge in addition to the bait freezer. Always a pleasure to work with Key Colony rentals. Deposit came back within 2 weeks.
