This east facing single family, 3 bedroom 3 bath home is perfect for a fishing retreat or family vacation. New 10′ x 20′ heated private pool! There is 50′ of cement seawall with water and electric, a fish cleaning table and bait freezer. The master bedroom suite has a king bed, TV, private bath and lots of closet space. One guest bedroom has a king bed with a private bath and the third bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds with its own bath. This 12th street location is steps away from Sunset Park and great memories. 2 kayaks are available for guest use. The rate is $2,600.00 per week for a maximum of 6 people. Some fun things to do while you are here!

• Sombrero Beach has a great sandy beach – picnic tables, grills, and public restrooms.

• The Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail is great for bike riding.

• Catch a tarpon during the tarpon months of April, May, and early June.

• Dive wrecks of the Florida Keys.

• Visit historic Pigeon Key. Take a boat ride to see where 400 workers lived during the construction of the Seven Mile Bridge and the railroad that connected Miami to Key West. You can snorkel off the beach.

• Rent a jet ski, take a kiteboarding lesson, or try wakeboarding at www.sevensports.com.

• Visit Crane Point Museum. A museum of artifacts, natural history, nature trails, and children’s activity center with touch tanks and pirate costumes. Also, see the Marathon Wild Bird Center located on the 63 acres of Crane Point.

• Feed the “pet” tarpons at Robbie’s; sign up to visit, by kayak or boat, historic Lignumvitae Key State Park from Robbie’s Marina.

• Be sure to take an exciting snorkel trip to Sombrero Reef Sanctuary and Lighthouse with Spirit Snorkeling.

• Kiss a dolphin; shake the flipper of a sea lion; see turtles, parrots, and tropical fish at Theater of the Sea. They have continuous daily shows and the crowds are so much smaller and intimate than the Orlando Shows.

• Visit the Turtle Hospital to see and touch the local rehabilitating sea turtles.

• Learn about and interact with dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center.

    Lovely place. We had a great time.

  • The City is very strict about over loading of the unit. If a property manager does not investigate a complaint we are not doing our job. We are aware of the issue with the A/C and have had a repair service out numerous times. The unit is only two years old. The owners are looking into adding another small unit to the house. We will look into the other problems you had with the house. As you have stayed with our company many times in the past you know we try to keep our customers coming back.

    we had stayed in this house 4 times prior to this year and were happy to see that a pool was added so we booked again. the pool was like a sauna all the time even at night and no the heater was not on it also looks much bigger in the pics than it really is you can barely fit 6 adults in it also the a/c cooled 1/2 the house really nice but the other half you die from heat, the chairs in the dinning room table are falling apart scared to sit back they are all loose, saw roaches many times at night by the way don't have any visitors during the day cause neighbors will call the leasing office and tell them that you have to many cares in the driveway this really blew my mind when a leasing agent showed up at the house to check this out {really}. Was not happy at all and will not be back again.

    We have stayed in this house multiple times - and every year we come back! The property has a perfect layout for 6 people. We rent with my parents every year so it's great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for 4 adults and 2 kids. The master bedroom and bath are on one side of the house and the two other bedrooms/bathrooms are on the other. This is nice for some privacy. Kitchen is nice and stocked with all the essentials, especially good for a rental. There is lots of space in there - and I like the little breakfast bar on the other side of the kitchen. Someone can chat with the person prepping dinner. All bedrooms are comfortable. Lots of space to hang clothes or put them in dressers. Beds are comfy too - twins in one room and two KINGS in the others. Living room is a decent size - good couch, love seat and chair in there. TV is good, decor is nice. Dining table is great - lots of space. Pool is perfect for kids or adults who enjoy a quick dip. The area around the pool is spacious and there are good loungers. In the afternoon there is nice shade so you can sit by the pool and enjoy a drink. The canal is nice to look at - good fish cleaning station if you're into fishing. Location is great. You can walk to sunset park, bike riding around the area is great. There are restaurants in walking distance as well as a par 3 golf course and nice park. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It's always nice and clean.

  • The air conditioner was fixed during the Fall and should be working fine now.

    The unit is large and has ample parking. Our only issue is the air conditioner cannot cool the entire house. We had to use a fan to blow cool air into the master bedroom.

    This was a great rental house for our annual "lobstercation" in Key Colony Beach. There were four adults and two kids and plenty of room to play for the week. The kids enjoyed being in the pool everyday. The kitchen is well equipped, just bring your groceries. King beds in both the master and one guest room are a rarity, however very much appreciated!
