Does Key Colony Beach have a public beach?

No, the beaches in Key Colony Beach are all private. Many units have access to the beach through either the Cabana Club or the Inch Beach. There is a public beach in Marathon.

Are linens provided?

Yes, all units are fully equipped with linens, towels, dishes & pots and pans.

Are weekend rentals allowed?

Our City requires that we rent the homes for a minimum of seven nights.

Are pets allowed?

Only with our knowledge and in a pet approved unit. There is an additional $100 pet fee.

Are grills provided?

Yes, every unit has either a gas or charcoal grill. The gas or charcoal is the responsibility of the tenant if they wish to use the grill.

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations or changes to your reservation must be in writing and made 60 days prior to your arrival date. For rentals of two months or longer it must be in writing 90 days prior to arrival.

Is the security deposit check cashed?

Yes, the check is deposited in an escrow account and refunded to you by mail about two weeks after your departure date.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes! Credit cards are accepted for security deposits and all monies that are due. Payment can be made two weeks prior to your arrival by personal check or on arrival with a cashier's check, certified check, money order, traveler's checks or cash.

What happens if there is a hurricane?

If the county issues an evacuation order for all non-Monroe county residents your reservation would be canceled and your unused monies refunded.
