There is a kayak available for your use also.  There is a 40′ t-dock out back on the 200′ wide canal to accommodate larger boats. The dock has electric, water, lights and a fish cleaning table. The weekly rent is $1,200.00 for 5 people maximum.

    This 2 bedroom, 2 bath half-duplex has been furnished and decorated with the most discerning of tastes in mind. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open and spacious. Sliding glass doors are along the entire canal side of the house for a fantastic view of the entire length of the canal. There is 30′ of dockage provided with a wood step down dock for your boat.  The garage is available for guest use. The weekly rate is $1,400.00.

  • Unit 111 – 711 10th Street

    Occupancy: 8

    Key Colony Beach ground level half duplex. The unit has a private 37′ step down dock and seawall. There is a fish cleaning station along with a Weber gas grill. Also a bait freezer located in the garage. The garage is available for parking your vehicle except from Thanksgiving through New Years week. The kitchen with all new stainless appliances is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glassware, and a dishwasher to clean them.

    Situated on a 100′ wide channel in beautiful Key Colony Beach, is this 3 BR/2 BA duplex .  Stay cool in the air conditioning or open up the large sliding patio doors and enjoy the warm breezes. Sit by the palm trees on the deck or fish off the 37.5′ step-down dock. Clean your catch on our cleaning table and cook it on the gas grill.     Spacious 3 bedroom property. The master bedroom features a gel/memory foam king size mattress.  The second bedroom features 2 full size beds. Upstairs bedrooms feature flat screen TVs. The rest of the upstairs is an open floor plan with a 42″ flat screen TV. The downstairs features a living area with a queen sleeper sofa and love seat. Also downstairs is the 3rd bedroom which has a king size bed, and its own full bath, and is really a second Master suite.

The golf course, tennis, playground, and Sunset Park are only 2 blocks from the house.
