Cancellations: For rentals less than two months, cancellations must be made in writing 60 days prior to arrival in order to receive the full refund of the security/damage deposit. For rentals two months or longer, cancellations must be made in writing 90 days prior to arrival in order to receive the full refund of the security/damage deposit.
Rental Rates:
Each unit lists a weekly rate based on a specific number of guests. For example $800wk for 4(guests). The maximum amount of guests is then listed. A $25 fee is charged for every guest over the base amount up to the maximum allowed for that unit.
All monthly rates are based on a stay of two months or longer. All rentals less than two months are subject to the weekly rate.
An additional $200.00 is charged for the Lobster Sports Dive, the first week of Lobster season and over the Christmas and New Years holidays.
Payment:
Payment of your rental is due on arrival. Credit cards are not accepted. Personal checks are accepted two weeks prior to arrival only. There are no exceptions, we will not accept a personal check on arrival.
Cashier’s checks, money orders, traveler’s checks (exact amount), and cash are accepted on arrival. Please call for the current sales tax rate.
Discounts:
A 25% discount is offered by most units on the following dates: 8/28/10 to 12/11/10. The entire week of your stay must be in the discounted time period in order to receive the reduction.
Rates listed are the figures used to calculate the total lease period.
One Week Minimum:
All units require a minimum of a 7 night stay. Our weeks run Saturday to Saturday.Pets Allowed:
