Paul Joseph

Broker of Key Colony Beach Realty, moved to the Keys in 1971 from Chicago. Graduated with a business degree majoring in finance and real estate. Worked in management within the fields of Corporate Banking and Corporate Real Estate. Founded Daystar Mortgage Company in 1988. I truly enjoy what I am doing especially meeting so many different types of people. Our corporate motto, "Today's Friends.... Tomorrow's Neighbors" really sums up who we are and what we do!

Judy Cinque

I was born near Detroit, Michigan, went to school in Florida and have owned property here for over 20 years. Lynn Goodwin

I have been selling Real Estate in the Florida Keys for over 16 years. In 2002 I was named Key Colony Beach Realty's Top Selling Agent, with my major focus on Residential, Vacant land, Commercial and annual property management. I have served on the Board of Directors for the Marathon &Lower Keys Association of Realtors for many years and in 1999 was honored as their Realtor of the Year. My community service interests are accomplished through activities in Zonta Club, and other local organizations in Key Colony Beach and Marathon. I am an 18 year permanent resident in the Keys, originally from the Baltimore area, and I truly enjoy fishing and water-related activities.

Roy Haase

I am a former New Yorker, born in Brooklyn, grew up in the Catskills on a dairy farm and graduated as an engineer from Syracuse University. After serving as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army in armor tanks in Germany, I returned to Long Island as an engineer at Grumman Aircraft. After 10 years of engineering, and 27 years of teaching high school & junior high math science, my wife Gay and I have moved to the Keys to sell real estate we believe in and to do a little fishing.

Pat Joseph-Becker

Founded Key Colony Beach Realty twenty six years ago. Thirteen years ago, I sold the business to my oldest son, Paul Joseph, and still work full-time there. I was selected by my peers in our Board of Realtors as the "1998 Realtor of the Year." I served 2 terms as a City Commissioner, on TIB Bank Advisory Board, Director of Habitat, and am active in Zonta Club of Marathon, Sombrero Country Club and Marathon Yacht Club.

I was formerly a member of the Marathon Business & Professional Women's Club, President 2 consecutive years and selected as their "Woman of the Year" in 1983.

Kurt Joseph

A resident of the Florida Keys since 1971.

I grew up here! I am a graduate of St. Leo College with a business degree, have had 10 years of banking experience and was manager of an Upper Keys Bank. I decided to enter the private sector and was owner and operator of a local fish market and restaurant for five years. As a licensed real estate associate since 1988, I am here to help you find your own piece of paradise!

Steve Smith, P.A.

Moved from the Philadelphia area after High School as a young man to pursue a commercial fishing venture. After selling his successful fishing business in his mid 30's Steve has been a full time REALTOR in the Key Colony Beach and Marathon area since 1989. Having lived in the Middle Keys since 1972 Steve has been involved and seen the area develop to what it is today.

After a successful career with Century 21, Cy Eastlack has joined Key Colony Beach Realty, Inc.

Born in Woodbury NJ, he ran a successfull Ford dealership and is an expert fly fisherman. Cy moved to Marathon full time 8 years ago and is not only known for his expertise in real estate but also for his locally famous Cy's Flys that he makes by hand.
