Mortgage Interest Rates Increase

Mortgage interest rates have been increasing over the past 2 weeks.  If a person wants to keep track of where mortgage rates are going, one needs only to keep an eye on the 30 year treasury bond.  The 30 year Treasury bond and the 30 year fixed rated mortgage are highly correlated as the maturities are indentical.
