Has gettting loans gotten easier or still difficult? Just yesterday I had a loan officer come in and we had a little chat? I asked her, "Has the bankers gotten easier to work with......are they reasonable" ? Her answer was, they are still very difficult to deal with. I have seen this picture show before. We tend to swing hard in this country when in comes to trends. Don't ask me why. Between 2003 - 2006 it seemed like EVERY loan got approved. As a matter of fact I can't seem to recall one.....not one denial.
We all know that interest rates are going to increase....the question is when. Do you think that when rates start increasing that the bankers will get easier? For those of you that have been thinking of refinancing or purchasing a home I will say this, get started as rates are VERY near the bottom in my opinion. Either way now or later those bankers are going to be tough on you. Do you remember the golden rule? He who has the gold makes the rules? LOL you were thinking of the other one weren't cha?
