Dolphin Season is Coming

Well here we are fast approaching Dolphin season.  Early reports are starting to come in and things are heating up.  The Gulfstream this past week came in close (Just a few miles from the drop off) and the dolphin showed up.  Peanuts (the small ones), gaffers (Medium size fish you can't line haul in the boat) and mombos (You get the picture) were all out there for the taking.  Believe it or not some large yellowtail showed up on the deep reef in the 3-4 lb range.  Lately the yellowtail fishing had been slow, but things are starting to look up.

This time of year in the Keys is sweet.  The temps are great, the water is warming up and the fish start heating up with the water.  This is why people pay the big bucks to buy a piece of paradise down here.

Are you interested in becoming a local?  I know a great real estate company with a fine group of professionals that are ready to help.... lol.  The fishing is great, the weather is mild and the prices.....well they don't look so bad right now either.

May the sun be on your face and the wind be at your back........Paul
