4th of July Fishing Update

The fishing in the Keys has heated up hotter than a firecracker on the 4th of July.  That saying is so apropos for this time of year.  The larger dolphin have been making a grand entrance and the Mangrove snapper on the reef are snapping.  The annual snapper spawn is in full gear.  What a great time of year to be in the Keys.  With the reef on fire, the gulfstream teeming with dolphin and the lobster season right around the corner.......it just doesn't get better for the watersport enthusiast.

I would like to personally thank all those in our armed forces for the gift that keeps on giving........our freedom.  Let us never take that gift for granted.  As we enjoy our hamburgers, watermelon, fireworks and family may we be mindful of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice, bow our head and celebrate well.
